In a true celebration of the spirit of community, neighbors and retailers alike reveled in great country music, giveaways, performances…and each other’s company…at the recent KISS Country live remote show at Old Cutler Towne Center in the Town of Cutler Bay. On the afternoon of September 15, renowned KISS Country D.J. Darlene Events played hostess to the crowds, inviting members of the community to stop by the shopping center for family fun, free services and chances to win prizes. Certain lucky locals went home ‘line dancing’ after winning two weeks of free karate classes and a uniform from National Karate & Fitness Academy, two weeks of complimentary bellydancing lessons and a coin belt from Bellydancing by Shayna, a sterling silver tennis bracelet from Cutler Bay Jewelers, and a bistro dining set for four from Publix. And many others went home delightfully relaxed, as The Massage & Acupuncture Center offered free chair massages throughout the event.
